No Parties.
- The house can be freezing and can be damp during winter. It's not advisable to stay here if you are not familiar with Cape Town during winter. See "Other Things To Note"

The pool is shared.

Guests must have more than one review and positive reviews to stay here.
Smoking is allowed outside, away from windows and doors. All cigarette ends to be discarded and removed from the apartment.
- We give you a 5 star home. We expect a neat home back when you depart.
- WE ALLOW 40 UNITS of Electricity PER DAY. THE REST IS FOR YOUR ACCOUNT PAYABLE THROUGH AIRBNB.
-A linen refresher is provided if you stay longer than 13 nights.
-No groups of guests under 25 years of age.
- This is a self catering home. We provide a starter pack of essentials and a bag of wood (during winter), and you must get more if you need them.
- You are aware that this apartment is subject to South African Loadshedding (Blackouts) before you reserve this accommodation
-NO PARTIES Immediate NONE REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION
-No loud music.
-You are booking and paying per person; ensure you have entered the correct number of people (even if they stay for a shorter time). All extra guests will be charged accordingly.
-No loud noise after 10:00 pm; have fun, but respect your neighbours.
-Check-ins in person after hours are charged cash on arrival - please check with us.
-The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals. It is not for parties, receptions, festivals, meetings, commercial use, or guests above the registered number. Please ask before booking if you intend to use it for commercial purposes. If you use it for commercial purposes without permission, R10000 is payable immediately for each day it was used or part of a day. Rental doesn't qualify as residency or allow using our mailing address. Should you need a package(s) delivered, please ask in advance for permission or options.
-Please help us abide by the city water restrictions during your visit.
-Please do not make any fires in strong winds, and ensure all flames are extinguished after use.
- Adults are responsible for kids at the pool as there is no pool net.
-As a guest, you must have travel insurance for your party by South African law. You may have to show this at Airports.
-Guests agree to stay for the days booked only. If you or any guests in your party require quarantine, you must vacate the home no later than the end of your agreed departure date. If we can accommodate you for quarantine, we can inform you. If you don't depart from the accommodation, a penalty of at least R20000 is payable. In addition, at least R15000 per night thereafter for non-agreed dates.

- RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT The responsible person has the authority to agree on behalf of the party as follows: 1. We are occupying the above property at my/our own and sole risk and are using the facilities on the Premises entirely at my/our own risk and I/we hereby indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the Premises and their members, employees, agents and/or affiliates (“the Indemnified Parties”) against all liability for any claims whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, any consequential loss claim, arising from and including without limitation, any loss, theft, or damage to my/our property (whether corporeal or otherwise) or any illness, injury or death which may arise irrespective of the cause of any such loss, theft, damage, illness, injury or death and in particular, whether arising through negligence or recklessness and whether liability would be vicarious or not. 2. This agreement shall be effective and binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns in the event of my death, my representatives, my children and any guardian ad litem for them.
