House Rules
No parties, events, or unauthorised gatherings allowed.
- The house can be fcold and can be damp during winter. It's not advisable to stay here if are not familiar with Cape Town during winter. See "Other Things To Note"
Only authorised pets are allowed, and you must enquire prior to booking. A pet fee is payable.
No smoking allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed without prior arrangements.
No 3rd party bookings allowed.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise levels down. Enquire about quiet times.
Please turn off the AC and heaters when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times. Unauthorised occupancy is charged at 4 times paid rate plus legal fees incurred.
You are responsible for locking up the unit during your stay. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee plus R500.
Furniture is not to be moved around.
South Africa experiences loadshedding (planned power outages). Please ensure you are aware of this.
Check-ins after hours carry a fee. Please enquire about the cost.
Any excessive usage of water or electricity will be charged for. Ask for allowance when booking or checking in.
Housekeeping available for stays longer than 8 nights. If you are paying a discounted monthly rate the clean will be after every 10 days.
All guests making use of the premises need to register online or provide a guest list prior to booking . Copies of passports and IDs need to be provided at the check in of all pre- registered guests.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, agent and manager or staff from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your stay at the property, including but not limited to any injury to persons or property caused by your actions or omissions.
