House Rules

- There is no net over pool. No person is allowed to stay if an open pool is a concern.
-No additional overnight guests.
-You are booking and paying per person, ensure you have entered the correct number of people (even if they are staying for a shorter time). All extra guests will be charged for accordingly as more beds, water and power is used.
-No loud noise after 10:00 pm; have fun but respect your neighbours.
-Check-ins after hours are charged cash on arrival; after 6pm R350, after 10pm R500.
-The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals. It is not for parties, receptions, festivals, meetings, commercial use, or guests above the registered number. If you intend any commercial use please ask before booking. If you use it for commercial purposes without permission R10000 is payable immediately for each day it was used or part of a day. Rental doesn't qualify as residency or allow use of our mailing address. Should you need a package(s) delivered, please ask in advance for permission or options.
-You are responsible to abide by the city water restrictions at the time of your visit. There is enough water if we do what every Cape Townian do. They recycle water.
-Wifi is for basic internet browsing only. (Streaming not allowed- unless fibre is access is available)
-Smoking is only to be enjoyed outdoors, away from doors and windows.
-Please do not make any fires in strong winds and ensure all flames are extinguished after use.
-No laundry is to be hung on balconies and balustrades.
-RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT The responsible person has the authority to, agree on behalf of the party as follows: 1. We are occupying the above property at my/our own and sole risk and are using the facilities on the Premises entirely at my/our own risk and I/we hereby indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the Premises and their members, employees, agents and/or affiliates (“the Indemnified Parties”) against all liability for any and all claims whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, any consequential loss claim, arising from and including without limitation, any loss, theft, or damage to my/our property (whether corporeal or otherwise) or any illness, injury or death which may arise irrespective of the cause of any such loss, theft, damage, illness, injury or death and in particular, whether arising through negligence or recklessness and whether liability would be vicarious or not. 2. This agreement shall be effective and binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns, in the event of my death, my personal representatives, my children and any guardian ad litem for the said children.

Ideal for a family holiday in the peaceful Constantia with amazing views onto the mountain.

For the holiday maker looking for a spacious property with pool and outside entertainment areas in a peaceful garden but still close the City lights and famous Cape Town beaches.

This 4 bedroom property lends itself to inside outside living with big patios leading from the house to the pool and well-maintained garden.

The main bedroom with Kingsize bed and full bathroom leads out onto the patio so does the second en-suite bedroom with Queen bed and shower.

The other two bedrooms, one with King-size bed and one with 2 x twins share the family bathroom equipped with a bath and shower.

The open plan kitchen with Smeg stove is any cooks dream. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher as well a small wine fridge, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary appliances. You will find another fridge freezer in the garage so no excuses if the wine is not chilled.

The living area and dining room lead to the big patio with built-in BBQ with more comfortable seating and dining for al fresco meals.

There is a separate TV lounge with DSTV next to the dining area with doors onto the patio.

You will have access to uncapped WiFi, one lock-up garage plus secure parking for another 4 cars. The property is fully alarmed.
