House Rules
- No parties. No noise after 10:00 pm.
- Please respect water and energy use. Cape Town is very energy conscious.
- You pay per person for the full stay at maximum number staying; it does not matter if they stay for one or more nights.
- The internet can be intermittent currently - please check when you book if you need internet to work.
-As a guest, you are by South African law required to have travel insurance for your party. You may have to show this at Airports.
-Guests agree to stay for the days booked only. In case you or any guests in your party require quarantine you will require to vacate the home at no later than the end of your agreed departure date. If we can accommodate you for quarantine we can inform you. If you don't depart from the accommodation a penalty of at least R20000 is payable. And in addition at least R8000 per night thereafter for non agreed dates
