- No additional overnight guests. No loud noise after 10:00 pm; have fun but respect your neighbours. Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00. Check-out is before 10:00. Check-ins after hours are charged cash on arrival; after 6pm R350, after 10pm R500. The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals. It is not for parties, receptions, festivals, meetings, commercial use, or guests above the registered number. If you intend any commercial use please ask before booking. If you use it for commercial purposes without permission R10000 is payable immediately for each day it was used or part of a day. Rental doesn't qualify as residency or allow use of our mailing address. Should you need a package(s) delivered, please ask in advance for permission or options. Please help us and abide by the city water restrictions at the time of your visit. Please check WiFi before you book. As a general rule WiFi is for basic internet browsing only. (Streaming not allowed- unless uncapped fibre access is available) Smoking is only to be enjoyed outdoors, away from open doors and windows. Always ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the property and set any alarms if available to you. Rubbish must please be put out on collection day or in some cases the previous evening for early collections. Failure to do so will result in an extra fee. Please take care with braais and BBQs. In windy conditions please refrain from using any open flames. Please ensure products such as self-tan, hair dye, and make-up are kept away from linen and towels. Stained linen and towels will be claimed for. Furniture may not be rearranged or moved. We expect a neat and tidy home when you depart. Please note Cape Town borders on many nature reserves and various insects and small creatures may accidentally enter your living space. This is rare but does happen. We strive to offer you a sparkling clean home that is in 100% working order, but should you wish to bring anything to our attention please do so within 24 hours so we can remedy it.

On ARRIVAL speak to the host, if available, the pool and braai may then be shared with the bottom apartment.

-As a guest, you are by South African law required to have travel insurance for your party. You may have to show this at Airports.
-Guests agree to stay for the days booked only. In case you or any guests in your party require quarantine you will require to vacate the home at no later than the end of your agreed departure date. If we can accommodate you for quarantine we can inform you. If you don't depart from the accommodation a penalty of at least R20000 is payable. And in addition at least R8000 per night thereafter for non agreed dates
